Our Mission
Our mission is to serve the mortgage needs of the commercial industry throughout the United States.  Whether you have an owner operated plant or apartment building, we're here to get you the cash you need.  You don't have to accept your local lender's guidelines.  We have provided purchase funds with less than 10% down and provided refinance loans on unstable property when the borrower had been turned down repeatedly.  Whether you are just rate shopping or have a truly difficult proposal, give us a call.  There is no charge to receive rate quotes based on your situation.

Parr Funding was founded in 1998 to serve the needs of customers unsatisfied with local lenders.
We work with borrowers, buyers, sellers, realtors and hundreds of banks to provide you with choices in financing.

The president of this company, Timothy Parr, has a degree from Cleveland State University and nine years experience in the mortgage business.  This includes working directly for lenders and experience in all phases of loan origination.  Let my experience help fulfill your goals.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used.

The Information We Collect:

This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Parr Funding Corporation website, by phone, fax or in-person.  The types of personal information collected include:

Name of the borrower(s) and guarantors(s)
Addresses
Phone Number(s)
Social Security Numbers (to ensure an accurate credit profile is accessed and as proof of your consent to a credit check)
       Tax returns
Information About the Property, including it's value, income and expense history, rent roll, deferred maintenance.
        Information about the Loan Type and other information as needed to
        complete your loan application.

Under no circumstances will credit card account numbers be requested for customers who have not signed a loan application.  Applying for a rate quote online, by fax or by phone is NOT an application for a loan.

 

The Way We Use Information:

Rate Quote: We use the information you provide about yourself, your business, and any business potentially being purchased to provide you with a quote for a loan that you qualify for.  We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to obtain a credit report from our credit bureau.  No other parties will receive information or be requested to provide information until you apply for a loan.  

 
        After Applying
By applying, we mean actually meeting with a loan officer and signing an application.  This does not refer to requesting a quote on-line, via fax or by phone.
Once you have applied, we will give out information only as needed to complete your loan.  This is limited to information required by the credit bureau or lending partners or title agency being used to complete your loan. While we may contact creditors appearing on your credit report to verify balances or payment history, this is to gather information - not provide it. The only instance of us providing information to creditors is showing proof that we have your consent to investigate the account or in assisting you in correcting errors if you have requested us to.

Your loan information is stored in computer programs and in your loan file.  This information cannot be accessed by any other company and will not be shared for any reason including mailing lists.

 
Our Commitment To Data Security

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.  Your information is transmitted via a secured server in an encrypted format that prevents unauthorized access by outside parties.

Our Commitment To Children's Privacy:

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 18, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 18.  We do not accept applications from minors or provide quotes to anyone other than the homeowner.

How You Can Access Or Correct Your Information

You can access your maintained personally identifiable information by mailing a signed and written request for access to 7784 Reynolds Rd., Mentor, OH 44060. We require a signed and written request to better safeguard your information.

You can correct factual errors in your maintained personally identifiable information by sending us a request that credibly shows error.

To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.

       All files are normally destroyed through shredding/deletion within 5 years of completing a loan.
